PDX Credentialing is a locally woman-owned business based in the beautiful Pacific Northwest and founded in 2021. With over 15 years of experience in healthcare administration—including patient coordination, office management, and medical billing—Grace understands the day-to-day challenges providers face when navigating insurance credentialing.
After years of working in medical offices, Grace saw firsthand how often patients were turned away simply because a provider was not in-network with their insurance plan. Recognizing the impact this has on both patients and providers, she created PDX Credentialing to help simplify the credentialing and contracting process.
