WHAT TO EXPECT

Credentialing can feel overwhelming, but our goal is to make the process simple and stress-free. When you work with PDX Credentialing, we guide you through every step so you can focus on caring for your patients.

1. Initial Consultation

We start with a conversation about your practice, the providers you want credentialed, and the insurance networks you’re looking to join. Every practice is different, so we build a plan that fits your needs.

2. Information & Document Collection

We gather the necessary information and documents needed to complete your applications, such as licenses, CAQH information, and practice details. This step ensures applications are accurate and complete from the start.

3. Application Submission

Once everything is ready, we submit credentialing applications to the insurance companies you choose. Each payer has its own process, and we handle the details so nothing is missed.

4. Follow-Ups & Status Tracking

Insurance companies often require ongoing follow-up. We monitor application progress, respond to requests for additional information, and stay in contact with payers to keep things moving.

5. Approval & Next Steps

Once you are approved and in-network, we notify you and help ensure everything is in place so you can begin seeing patients through those insurance plans.

Timeline

Credentialing typically takes 30–120 days depending on the insurance company and application requirements, but our goal is always to move the process forward as efficiently as possible.

Our mission is simple: help providers become in-network as quickly as possible so they can serve their community and grow their practice.
