ABOUT PDX CREDENTIALING

PDX Credentialing was founded by Grace, a healthcare operations professional with over 15 years of experience in medical administration, including credentialing, office management, patient coordination, and medical billing. Throughout her career, Grace has worked closely with healthcare providers and understands the operational challenges practices face when navigating insurance credentialing and contracting.

After welcoming her second daughter in 2025, Grace made the decision to dedicate her full professional focus to building PDX Credentialing and supporting healthcare providers in a more direct and meaningful way. Her goal is to simplify the credentialing process so providers can spend less time managing paperwork and more time focusing on patient care.

In addition to credentialing services, Grace also offers guidance and consultation on billing and other operational aspects of running a healthcare practice when needed.

When working with PDX Credentialing, clients receive personalized, one-on-one support. Grace takes pride in building real relationships with the providers she works with and ensuring every client receives attentive, hands-on service.

Outside of work, Grace enjoys spending time with her husband and their two daughters. As a family, they love exploring the Pacific Northwest, traveling, and discovering new experiences together.
